We do this by providing you with superior 100% mineral makeup, personalized and knowledgeable customer service and a commitment to help you grow your business, naturally. It's not just our team, it's yours.
So let us introduce you to a few of the leaders who make Mineralogie work. Start with Kellie, our chief colorist who creates our mineral blends and makes certain every shade is not just right, but just perfect. That's our Kellie. Then there's Therese, a "Jill" of all trades and our go to person for testing color (we call her the "arm" as she is constantly striped with Kellie's creations to get that perfect match). You'll also find her on top of the accounting end of Mineralogie and always getting us out of a jam with equipment (she's a computer whisperer!).
Go a little further into our corporate culture and you'll meet Lana, our senior graphic designer. With a background full of not only exceptional design experience but also award upon award from her peers in the graphic design industry, she truly makes the Mineralogie brand shine! And speaking of branding, the person who keeps all of Mineralogie on track and the driving force behind our naturally fearless founder and CEO, Mary Van, is Jenny. As Chief Operations Officer, Jenny not only handles day-to-day business functions, but the product vision of the company. An accomplished mineral makeup educator and artist, Jenny combines her wealth of marketing education and experience with a savvy head for international business and customer relations.
And who is better than anyone in taking care of our Brand Partners and customers? Well, that would be Katie, our Sales Manager. Katie brings the Mineralogie brand to you with constant, consistent and precise service and dedication. Her training, experience and education in sales and marketing are evident each time she takes call, responds to an email. No matter how small or large the request, order or question, Katie is always there to keep our Brand Partners and customers happy and successful!
Backing up Katie, is Kate. Our extremely vibrant team member with a natural ability for organization, great customer service and social networking beyond compare. She is our Facebook guru! Kate has put her well-earned college degree to work for Mineralogie and each of our Brand Partners. She works hand-in-hand with Katie and Jenny and is an integral part of making each order pristine. Her penchant for perfection and ability to see beyond the typical lay-of-the-land makes her a champion for all Brand Partners.
Rounding out the marketing and sales team is Andrea who handles Corporate Marketing and Branding. Andrea is an advertising, marketing, public relations and management specialist with extensive experience in B2B and consumer sales and marketing. While strategy, communication, branding, organization and success make her tick; she delights in teaming with Jenny, Katie and Kate to ensure the highest customer service possible.
Of course we could not operate Mineralogie without our top-notch production and shipping team. This is where the most dedicated people, like Sandra, come into play. As Quality Control Lab Supervisor, Sandra not only oversees the vast, and we do mean vast! inventory of raw minerals, products, containers, shipping, scheduling and more, she is our dynamo dedicated to seeing that each order is filled, shipped and received her way – the right way. Her educational background, experience and business acumen keep a tight rein on all that we produce.
Working alongside Sandra is Nancy, our Assistant Quality Control Lab Supervisor/Shipping & Receiving Manager. Nancy's high energy, organizational skills and calm demeanor are just what are needed to juggle production schedules and deadlines all while maintaining strict quality control. Managing our top-notch filling and lab team of 12+ (and growing!) keeps Nancy on her toes and she wouldn't have it any other way. Making sure the products are pristine is what Nancy and her crew does best, but getting the products to you, well that's her job too!
Nancy works with Sandra to coordinate the fulfillment of orders and assuring shipping deadlines are met. Well versed in all things related to protecting and packaging orders as well as dealing with shipping and custom regulations in over 12 countries, Nancy, Sandra and their team checks and packs each order, makes certain it leaves our warehouse on time and arrives to you on time. Our shipping crew is amazing and we believe each of their middle names is "tracking number!"
It is easy to see we have quite a multi-talented, highly professional and dedicated team. There are also many, many others who make Mineralogie work including Esmeralda the head of the Liquid Lab along with her “right hand,” Chulya. Then there are Tere’, Lucha, Rosy and Lupe in the Filling department. These are just a few of the dedicated individuals we call “family.” Each person is a treasure to our company and our brand. Our team's dedication to the integrity of our products and their loyalty and commitment to our customers and Brand Partners cannot be matched. We are very proud of our 100% mineral makeup and of our ability to help our Brand Partners grow and prosper. But that pride doesn't begin to equal the way we feel about our team or as we like to say our Mineralogie family.
