Mineralogie.biz will accept returns of unopened, undamaged products within three business days of receipt of order. Purchaser is responsible for contacting the Mineralogie Corporate Sales Department at 972.620.2818 or info@mineralogie.biz within three business days to state the reason for the return. Purchaser is responsible for shipping returned items to Mineralogie.biz and if products are deemed unopened and unused, the purchaser’s credit card account will be credited upon receipt of returned items.
